Abstract :
Developing of Recycling Scientific/Industrial Towns (RSITs) are considered as a solution to develop of the electronic cosmopolitans. Focusing on stable incomes can be institutionalized, which makes the sustainable development of the cosmopolitans. It is necessary to define the nature and manner of formation of income in order to have stable incomes. They measuring them with sustainability criteria. The development of RSITs can be considered as one of the sustainable developments of the electronic metropolises, cosmopolitans and environmental protection. In RSITs, related and continuous planning is formed for resource management, waste management and environmental protection in line with the economic and industrial development of electronic cosmopolitans. Industrial, commercial organizations and residents of these towns optimally use energy resources. The residents of these achieve this goal with by helping and participating in to recycle and convert of recyclable materials through industrial organizations. The objectives of the research are reducing the environmental pollution of the cosmopolitans s, to increase the sustainable incomes of the municipalities, and their partial objectives are geodynamic/gynecological protections, the development of a green economy based on recycling, job creation, the attraction of stray capital, and developing of scientific research in the recycling industry. Finally, research results show that development of RSITs. It is possible to reduce environmental, geodynamic risks and sustainable economic prosperity of electronic metropolises and cosmopolitans.
