Sparse Beamforming Design for Non-Coherent UD-CRAN with mm-Wave Fronthaul Links

چکیده :
The Weighted Sum-Rate Performance Analysis of Ultra-Dense Cloud Radio Access Network (UD-CRAN) is considered where mm-Wave fronthaul links between RRHs and BBU pool with limited capacity is deployed. The Sparse Beamforming is designed to improve the performance of the system by Dynamic RRH selection to serve each user. Our simulation results show that in the limited fronthaul capacity scenario which is the case in UD-CRAN, the sparse beamforming algorithm is able to improve the performance of the system.
