Abstract :
In this paper a nonlinear controller is designed and implemented on the dynamic of the cancer model in which the mutation phenomenon is considered. Since, one of the most important challenges of the traditional treatments of the cancer is drug resistance, dynamic model of the cancer with mutation rate is considered in this article for design and implementation of a proper controller. Moreover, existence of mutation, neutralizes the positive effect of the conventional open loop treatment algorithms. For this illness condition, using feedback based control results in a faster and more stable cure of the patients. As a result Feedback Linearization (FL) strategy is opted here to determine the required feedback based dosage of the controlling input of the chemotherapy drug. It is shown that using the proposed controller, can extremely increase the efficiency of the cancer treatment and avoid the overshoot the proliferation of the cancer cells’ during the treatment.
